Description 

 The Key to Exceptional TPU Product Quality: Revonox® U-5068L’s Excellent Initial Color and Thermal Yellowing Resistance
Initial Color: The Primary Factor of Product Appearance
In the application of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) materials, color is a crucial factor that influences consumer purchasing decisions.  Revonox® U-5068 (U-5068) is a functional compound heat stabilizer developed by QiTi for polyurethane elastomer (TPU). Its main function is to effectively improve the initial color of the rubber particles in the thermal process of TPU, especially for heat-resistant (such as polyether), high processing temperature (harder specifications) and high viscosity specifications, it has quite good performance. In addition, for applications with oven aging or heat aging requirements, U-5068 can help improve heat yellowing resistance and have a certain effect on maintaining physical properties.
 
Recommended Applications
U-5068 is commonly used in polyether, polyester or other modified TPU systems. The recommended addition amount is 0.2-0.5% at the synthesis end; for applications with oven aging or heat aging requirements after rubber particle synthesis, the recommended addition amount is 0.5-1.0%.
